Hangzhou Dahua Hotel, Hangzhou

My stay at the hotel near the summit of the Yellow Mountain was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The service was wonderful overall, although the staff spoke virtually no English. The location was superb, right by the lake, but lacked some service orientation. The dining offered a wide variety of fresh foods but was not exceptional. The facilities were good, but some improvements could be made.

Despite this, the hotel had a range of facilities available that catered to different needs.
