Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel near the summit of the Yellow Mountain was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke. The service was wonderful overall, although the staff spoke virtually no English. The location was superb, right by the lake, but lacked some service orientation. The dining offered a wide variety of fresh foods but was not exceptional. The facilities were good, but some improvements could be made.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really good, but some were noisy in the morning. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests, but the dining options were average. The location by West Lake is unbeatable, but the dining hall layout was a bit odd.
The hotel offers a lovely experience with beautifully arranged honeymoon decorations in the rooms and a nice touch with the hot tea provided. However, the carpets in the rooms are showing wear and could use a refresh. The proximity to the main entrance is convenient, and the room feels like a cozy junior suite.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect with stunning views of the lake all around. The rooms were luxurious, and I adored the Chinese style decorations. However, there was a slight cigarette smell in the room. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal for exploring the city and the lake, though it got a bit noisy in the mornings during cleaning. The dining options were varied, but the restaurant ambiance was a bit crowded. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were extremely tidy with a wonderfully soft bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, but it's true they could benefit from new carpets. The service offered was exceptional, with staff being exceptionally helpful and courteous, providing all needed information, even on how to best enjoy West Lake. The hotel's location was superb, right by the lake, making it easy to walk to shops and enjoy strolls along the shore. While the dining options were decent, with a variety of choices, they leaned more towards Chinese style rather than appealing to everyone. Despite this, the hotel had a range of facilities available that catered to different needs.
